Who runs Unagikawaii? 
Me! ( Ashley Brielle ) and just me.. so bear with me as I go through this journey!

Do you do conventions?
No, not yet. However it is a huge future goal of mine to table at one here in Canada!

Do you take commissions?
I do, but often book up fast and far in advance so if you're interested please feel free to contact me through email or socials. You can find a good chunk of commission info here!

Can I get your art tattooed?
Yes! Just please ask first as some of my work is very personal or done for a client. Please let me see if you do!

Shipping Info

Where do your orders ship from?
Orders ship from Quebec, Canada through Canada Post unless stated otherwise.

Do you ship to the EU?
Due to the complicated shipping process I only ship to the EU via Etsy right now, if you would like to purchase items not found on my Etsy please write me and I will do my best to create you a custom listing over on Etsy!

When do you ship orders?
Orders ship once a week, normally on Mondays. Orders placed before midnight on Monday will be shipped then!

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately, as a small business, I do not offer returns or exchanges at this time. If you have any issues with your order please read below! All sales are final! Refunds are available for damaged or incorrect orders.

Order Issues

My item is incorrect or damaged! Can you help?
Course I can! Please email me with any info and photos of the issue and I will correct it or refund you asap.

My package is missing/never arrived.
Sadly, once the package leaves the post office, it is out of my hands. If you purchased tracking, please contact your post office first. A return address is provided and if a package does not make it to the destination it will returned back to me. For any other issues, feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do!
